We looked for the published standards or framework used to assess course content and did not find them on the pages reviewed.
Pricing: package prices are published on the CPD accreditation page. Starter (1 to 5 courses) is £189, Standard (5 to 10 courses) is £339 and Unlimited (10 or more courses) is £599, each described as a 12-month package, with extra courses at £45 each on the Starter and Standard tiers. The page states that payment can be spread using Klarna or Shop Pay.
Terms and conditions: a general Terms of Service and a Refund and Return Policy are published. The apply page sets out the termination provisions of the accreditation agreement, covering termination for breach, a 20 business day cure period for non-fundamental breaches, termination for convenience on 30 days' notice, survival of obligations, remedies, and the law of England and Wales. We looked for a fuller published set of terms specific to the accreditation service, covering matters such as renewal, logo or seal use and intellectual property in submitted course materials, and found the general website terms, the refund policy and the termination provisions described above on the pages reviewed.
Privacy policy: a privacy policy is published. It states that the company is the data controller, refers to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and refers readers to the Information Commissioner's Office for data protection complaints.
Complaints policy: no separate complaints or appeals policy for the accreditation service or courses was found on the home, CPD accreditation, apply, about, contact, terms of service, privacy policy or refund policy pages.
Website: the website is served over HTTPS on the pages reviewed.
Individual assessment: the CPD accreditation page states that submitted courses are reviewed by a team, and the apply page requires each course to be submitted individually with its training manual and a sample certificate. Individual provider pages in the directory list each accredited course separately.
Verification and accreditation numbers: a provider directory is published and can be searched by provider name or course, and filtered by discipline and region. Each provider has its own page, which displays a centre number, an accreditation tier, a renewal date, and a list of accredited courses, each carrying a unique course number and a stated number of CPD points.
Review and renewal: the CPD accreditation page states that accreditation runs as a 12-month package that renews each year, and individual provider pages show a renewal date. We looked for a stated cycle for re-reviewing accredited course content and did not find one on the pages reviewed.
