Assessment criteria. We looked for published criteria or a framework against which submitted courses are assessed, and did not find them on the pages reviewed.
Process. The CPD awards page describes reading a submitted course to establish whether it carries sufficient information, states that the organisation will "establish the amount of points you wish to reward", and states that the course is then put to a "panel of Aesthetic Professional advisors" for endorsement. The service is priced per course. We looked for information identifying the panel or its members and did not find it on the pages reviewed.
Pricing. The CPD awards page publishes £45 per course for up to five courses, and £35 per course above five, for courses requiring endorsement without further work. For the option where a course is read and suggestions made, the page states that the position will be discussed after review. A price for that option was not found on the pages reviewed.
Terms and conditions. We looked for terms governing the endorsement service, covering matters such as duration, renewal, withdrawal, logo use, or intellectual property in submitted course materials, and did not find them on the pages reviewed.

It addresses comments, media uploads, cookies, embedded content, data sharing, retention periods and data subject rights. We looked for provisions relating to information submitted through the contact form, or to the endorsement service, and did not find them on the page reviewed. Verification. We looked for a statement that endorsed courses carry a unique number, and for a published list, lookup or other route by which a specific endorsed course could be checked, and did not find either on the pages reviewed.
Review and renewal. We looked for a stated review or renewal cycle for endorsed courses and did not find one on the pages reviewed.
