We looked for a published telephone number on the home, about, the process, pricing, medical aesthetics, become a member, submit learning activities and contact pages. The contact, pricing and membership forms request a telephone number from the enquirer; no telephone number for the organisation itself was published on the pages reviewed.

We looked for a named individual identified as a contact for complaints or disputes on the same pages and did not find one. The published email address is a generic administrative address.

Accreditation criteria: The home page publishes a section headed "Accreditation standards" stating that CPD accreditation is awarded to activities that meet predetermined standards in three areas: quality of presentation; technique and clarity in delivery of information; and learning value. We looked for a further published framework setting out what is required under each area and did not find one on the pages reviewed.

Individual assessment and review: The Process page states that a learning activity "must first be assessed and certified" before it may carry the CPDAS symbol of accreditation, and the About page states that the organisation evaluates learning activities. This is what the organisation publishes about its process. The Process page also states that certification continues while the provider remains a member, with a minimum term of six months. We looked for a statement that accredited content is reviewed on a defined cycle and did not find one on the pages reviewed.

Verification of accredited activities: We looked for a statement that accredited activities carry a unique accreditation number, and for a public means of confirming that a specific activity is accredited and in date (a published list, a lookup, or verification on request). We did not find either on the pages reviewed. The Process page states that members may display the CPDAS logo on their learning applications and websites.

Pricing: Membership pricing is published on the Pricing page and repeated on The Process page: Basic at £59 per month (1 to 5 learning activities), Standard at £79 per month (6 to 10 learning activities), and Plus at £99 per month (11 to 15 learning activities).

Terms and conditions, privacy policy, complaints policy: We looked for published terms and conditions governing the accreditation or membership service, a privacy policy, and a complaints policy. We reviewed the site navigation and page footers and searched the site, and did not find any of these documents on the pages reviewed. The footer of each page carries a cookie notice.

Website: The website is reachable over HTTPS; the pages listed below were accessed via https://cpdas.co.uk.

ICO registration: We searched the Information Commissioner's Office register of data protection fee payers for a registration recorded against CPDAS LTD or the S70 2BZ registered office address, and did not find an entry at the time of this review.
