Accreditation criteria. The home page describes the accreditation process as an "internal evaluation of craftsmanship, professional conduct, and quality of service", and refers to an Elite assessment framework. We looked for the criteria or framework themselves and did not find them on the pages reviewed.

Pricing. Five plans are published with prices on the Plans & Pricing page: Pay Monthly at £49 every month; Bronze Package at £100; Silver Membership at £249; Gold Package at £399; Platinum Elite at £799. Each is published as "Valid for 12 months". Two Shop products are published with prices, at £95.00 and £150.00.

Terms, privacy and complaints. We looked for terms and conditions, a privacy policy and a complaints policy, in the site navigation and footer and on the home, Contact Us, Plans & Pricing and Shop pages, and did not find any of them on the pages reviewed.

Assessment and review. The home page publishes a five-step process headed "THE ELITE JOURNEY": secure application and purchase of a package with submission of documentation; a panel assessment described as a review of safety protocols and quality standards; formal verification; certification; and directory integration. The Bronze Package is described as "Accreditation for 1 course", the Silver Membership as accreditation for up to five courses, and the Gold Package as unlimited course accreditation. We looked for a published statement that each course or activity is assessed individually against a published framework, and did not find one on the pages reviewed. We looked for a published statement that accredited content is reviewed on a defined cycle, and did not find one on the pages reviewed.

Verification of accredited activities. The home page publishes an "Accredited Directory" section containing four entries, each with a "View Profile" control: B-BeautyFul, accredited 25.05.2026, expiry 25.05.2028; Pure Hair Studio, accredited 15.03.2024, expiry 15.03.2026; Zenith Beauty, accredited 20.06.2024, expiry 20.06.2026; Elite Spa & Skin, accredited 05.09.2024, expiry 05.09.2026. The entries name businesses. We looked for individual accredited courses or activities in that list, and for a unique accreditation number attached to an accredited activity, and did not find either on the pages reviewed.
