The CPD Framework page links to a downloadable document titled "CPDQE Certification Framework (UK, Non-Regulatory)", which I opened. It sets out the certification stages (course or programme submission, evaluation against criteria, accreditation review, and approval and certification), assessment and validation mechanisms, quality assurance measures and post-certification responsibilities. The document states it is non-regulatory and describes itself as aligning with general UK CPD best practice.

The framework, the get-accredited page and the become-a-provider page state that a provider submits a course or activity and that the CPDQE review team evaluates it against the CPDQE framework. On review and renewal, the framework states that courses should be "formally reviewed for quality at least annually or biennially" and that certification is time-limited and subject to renewal; the Terms and Conditions state that accreditation "remains valid for the duration specified in the service agreement (typically 12, 24 or 36 months)".

On pricing, the get-accredited page provides an interactive quote calculator based on the number of activities (1 to 20) and an accreditation term of 12, 24 or 36 months, and states that quotes are excluding VAT and include a 20% discount. Specific monetary figures are generated interactively and did not render as static text on the page reviewed.

A Terms and Conditions page is published, covering registration and contract formation, fees, a seven-day refund provision, accreditation validity and renewal, suspension and termination, data protection, intellectual property in submitted materials, limitation of liability, and governing law (England and Wales).
