Website. The site is served over HTTPS on the pages reviewed. Every page reviewed loaded and returned current content, with the exception recorded in the flags below.
Assessment criteria. Criteria are published. The evaluation criteria page sets out criteria for schools under five headings (curriculum quality, teaching methodologies, student outcomes, facilities and resources, and professional development) and for teachers under four headings (qualifications and experience, teaching effectiveness, professional competency, and ethical conduct). The accreditation policies page sets out eligibility criteria, a five-step accreditation process, evaluation criteria, a points system, monitoring arrangements, complaint and appeal procedures, and grounds for suspension and revocation. The terms of use page sets out eligibility criteria for approved centres and the standards used to assess courses and trainers.
Pricing. Prices are published. The home page lists four annual plans at $699, $999, $1599 and $2700, with per-course prices for additional courses on three of them. The webinars page lists four webinar plans at $50, $180, $330 and $600.
Terms. Terms are published on the terms of use page and cover eligibility, accreditation criteria, data protection, malpractice and maladministration, complaints and appeals, safeguarding and equality, continuous improvement, and fees and refunds. The fees section addresses payment before evaluation, the circumstances in which refunds are given, and late payment.
Privacy and complaints. A privacy policy is published, with an effective date of 07.01.2025. A complaints and appeals procedure is published on the terms of use page, setting out acknowledgement within 5 working days, investigation within 28 days, and appeals lodged within 14 calendar days. A further complaint and appeal procedure is published on the accreditation policies page, setting out submission within 30 days of the decision and a final decision within 14 days of review.
Individual assessment. The terms of use page states that "Accreditation applies to individual courses and trainers only" and lists the matters courses are evaluated for. The courses page sets out a four-step process including a content assessment stage.
Accreditation numbers and verification. The terms of use page states that each accredited course or trainer receives a unique verification code. The providers page states that approved providers receive an approval number, and the webinars page states that accredited webinars receive a unique accreditation number and QR code. The frequently asked questions page states that approved providers are listed on the "IACCRED Register". We looked for a published list of accredited providers, courses or activities, or a lookup by which a specific accreditation could be checked, on the home, providers, courses, webinars, about and frequently asked questions pages, and did not find one. The page linked in the footer as "Clients" would not load for us on the date of this review.
Review and renewal. The terms of use page states: "Accreditation is valid for 1 year, subject to renewal and re-evaluation." The accreditation policies page states that re-accreditation is required "every 3-5 years, depending on the institution's performance and adherence to standards", and that accredited institutions undergo annual audits and site visits. The evaluation criteria page states that schools and teachers are subject to regular reviews and audits.
ICO registration. The privacy policy states that the organisation is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZB888028, and the terms of use page states the same number. The ICO register of data protection fee payers was searched by registration reference ZB888028 on 23 July 2026. The register returned: "There are no entries that match your search criteria". The register has not been searched by organisation name or by postcode.
