The website states the company was "founded in 2019", and the footer carries a copyright notice of 2019 to 2026. The Companies House record shows incorporation on 4 November 2020.

On filings, the last accounts were made up to 30 November 2025 with next accounts due by 31 August 2027, and the last confirmation statement was dated 24 November 2025 with the next due by 8 December 2026. The company is recorded as active, and the filings on the register are consistent with a company carrying on the business support and accreditation activity advertised on the site.

On connected activities, the same website on which International Approval offers accreditation to third-party hair and beauty training providers also offers and sells the company's own products and services. These include educator training courses (for example "The Rise Programme", described as a route to the Level 3 Award in Education and Training) and business-coaching services (an "Online Academy Activator" and a "Social Engagement Manager"). Both the accreditation service and these training and coaching offerings address the hair and beauty sector. These activities are disclosed on the organisation's own website. We looked for a published statement addressing how the accreditation function is separated from the company's own training and coaching activities, and did not find one on the pages reviewed.

We looked for a published postal address, telephone number, email address and named contact on the home, contact, how to apply and privacy policy pages. An enquiries email is published on the contact page, which directs enquiries to an email address (served as a protected "mailto" link). No postal address was published on the pages reviewed; the privacy policy refers to sending subject access requests to "the postal address shown below", but no postal address appears on that page. No telephone number was published on the pages reviewed. No named individual is identified as a contact for complaints or disputes on the pages reviewed. The frequently asked questions page states working hours of Monday to Thursday, 10:00 to 17:00 (UK time), with Friday closed.

On accreditation criteria, the site refers to assessing against industry standards (for example, stating its aim that members offer training to industry standards). We looked for the published criteria or framework against which submitted course materials are assessed and did not find it on the pages reviewed.

On the assessment process as published, the how to apply page states that, to be approved, an applicant submits, for each course they wish to teach, a completed application form, their teaching qualification, their qualifications for each course, a student training manual for each course, a corresponding lesson plan for each course, and written assessments or exams, with additional documents (video tutorials and insurance confirmation) required for online courses. The frequently asked questions page states that accreditation is finalised in around 10 working days once all documents are received. This records what the organisation publishes about its process; we did not assess what is done in practice, which is not visible from public sources.

On verification of accredited activities, we looked for a unique accreditation number and a public route to confirm that a specific accredited course is current. We did not find a statement that accredited activities carry a unique number, and did not find a verification list or lookup on the pages reviewed. The home page states that an approved academy's details are listed on the organisation's social media platforms.

On review and renewal, approval is stated to run for 12 months, and the frequently asked questions page states that members contact support to cancel or renew after 12 months. We looked for a statement that accredited content is reviewed on a defined cycle and did not find one on the pages reviewed.

On pricing, approval package prices are published on the home and how to apply pages: Expert £350 (up to 5 subjects), Minimis £420 (up to 10 subjects), Grandis £720 (up to 20 subjects) and Magnus £1000 (unlimited subjects), each for 12 months.

On terms and conditions, the footer "Terms & Conditions" link on the home page does not resolve to a page (it links to "#"), and we did not find a separate terms and conditions page in the site navigation. The frequently asked questions page states a non-refundable policy, adding that the approval fee is refunded if the organisation cannot approve an applicant.

On privacy and complaints, a privacy policy is published. We looked for a complaints policy for the accreditation service and did not find one on the pages reviewed; the privacy policy notes the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in relation to data protection.

On website security, the pages reviewed are served over HTTPS.
