Assessment criteria: we looked for the criteria or framework the organisation assesses against on the home, What We Do, Audits, C.A.P, SCID For Practitioners, Fees, Policies and Terms of Business pages, and in the published Terms of Business, Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy documents. The Terms of Business document refers to renewal being subject to "continued compliance with CPD criteria", and the GDPR Policy document refers to automated systems being used to check compliance with CPD criteria. We did not find the criteria themselves on the pages reviewed.
Pricing: the Fees page publishes six accreditation packages with prices, listed under the heading "All Products" — The Solo Package at £110.00, The Bronze Package at £500.00, The Silver Package at £800.00, The Gold Package at £1,100.00, The Gold Deluxe Package at £1,400.00 and The Platinum Package at £2,050.00. Each is marked "FREE SHIPPING". Each package has its own product page with a Buy Now and an Add to Cart control. The Terms of Business document states that fees will be confirmed in writing before commencement of services, that payment is due upfront, and that fees are non-refundable once the accreditation process has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Solo Package description states that a loyalty points scheme operates, under which points earned for each course accredited and for client referrals give discounts on future business.
Terms: a document headed "Terms of Business – CPD Accreditation Services" is published for download from the Terms of Business page. It covers scope of services, client responsibilities, fees and payment, accreditation validity, use of the accreditation mark, confidentiality, termination, liability, governing law and turnaround. Its introduction refers to the provider as "[Your Organization Name]". The Solo Package product page ends with a disclaimer stating that the organisation is not liable for the client's establishment, the running of that establishment, or matters associated with the client's students. The page linked in the site footer as "Terms and Conditions" carries text beginning "Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers", followed by a list of items commonly found in such an agreement.
Privacy and complaints: a Privacy Policy document dated June 2026 and a GDPR Policy document dated June 2026 are published for download from the Policies page. A Refund Policy is published there as a .docx file, which we could not open in this session. The page linked in the site footer as "Privacy Policy" carries the text "Privacy Policy coming soon". We looked for a complaints policy or complaints procedure on the home, Policies, Contact Us, Opening Hours, Terms of Business, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages, and in the published Terms of Business, Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy documents. We did not find one on the pages reviewed.
Assessment and review: the Solo Package description states that the package covers one accreditation course for the year, and lists the documents required before an application is made — a certificate of the applicant's teaching qualification, a certificate of qualification for the course to be accredited, a copy of each manual for accreditation, pre-study material, a lesson plan, the duration of the course, and a copy of an insurance certificate. It states that "our team will review your course material" and that an accreditation certificate is issued where the material meets the organisation's stated expectations, and that submissions are processed within 14 days. The Platinum Package description states that the package offers "unlimited course with a maximum quantity upto 50 subjects". The Terms of Business document lists the services as including evaluation of training materials and learning content, assessment of trainer qualifications, issuance of CPD certificates, and ongoing support and quality assurance for accredited programmes; states that the client provides course content, learning outcomes, assessment methods and trainer details; states that the accreditation mark may be used for the specific courses accredited; states that accreditation is valid for twelve months from the date of issue and that renewal is subject to a review process; and states a turnaround of approximately 10 to 14 days. The GDPR Policy document states that AI-based tools are used to assist the review and assessment of submitted documents and to generate draft feedback, and that all final accreditation decisions are made by a human assessor.
Unique numbers and verification: the SCID For Practitioners page states that "A SCID is assigned to an individual student" and that it links to records including the academy, the trainer, the completion date and the accredited course title. We looked for a statement that accredited courses or activities carry a unique accreditation number and did not find one on the pages reviewed. The site navigation links to "The CPD Directory" at
http://thecpddirectory-trop.co.uk. On 24 July 2026, that address returned a site branded "TROP", headed "THE cpd REGISTER OF PROFESSIONALS in Aesthetics & cosmetics", with navigation items "Academy Register" and "Practioner Register". On the same date,
