This review covers two AGCD-branded sites operated under the same name: accreditedgcd.org (the site supplied, an informational and certificate-verification site) and agcd.org (the accreditation store, which the "Get Accredited Today" button on accreditedgcd.org opens). Other Youview-branded sites exist and are recorded in the flags rather than assessed here.

Companies House records the operator as Youview Company Ltd, company number 14584127, a private limited company incorporated on 11 January 2023, company status Active, registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Last accounts were made up to 31 January 2025 (next accounts to 31 January 2026, due 31 October 2026). The last confirmation statement was dated 28 January 2026 (next due 11 February 2027). The recorded nature of business is 18130 (pre-press and pre-media services), 62090 (other information technology service activities), 63120 (web portals) and 73110 (advertising agencies). The registered office matches the UK address published on agcd.org and on the ICO register.

The company registration number is displayed on the organisation's sites. On agcd.org it appears in the footer of the pages reviewed, alongside the statement "AGCD By YOUVIEW COMPANY LTD Registration Number: 14584127". On accreditedgcd.org the number appears within a post announcing the accreditation of Youview London University UK, which states the institution is "Operated by Youview Company Ltd, Registered in the United Kingdom RN: 14584127". The home-page footer of accreditedgcd.org names no operating company or registration number and carries a US postal address and telephone number (recorded in Section 2).

On connected businesses, the organisation discloses the following on its own pages. On accreditedgcd.org, AGCD states it accredited Youview London University UK (AGCD Accreditation ID AGCD-2025/0047) and awarded the same institution its "Education & Training Award 2025"; the award page states that institution was "Founded by YOUVIEW COMPANY LTD". On agcd.org, the store states accreditation is offered by Youview Company Ltd and lists collaboration with WACIO, Sigma Holdings, IHEAC, USA Excellence, Accreditations.us, IER (International Experts Register), Authenticity Office International, Certified Trainer CO, Youview London University UK and Golden International Awards, and offers accredited members access to courses via the Youview Learning Portal. We looked for a published statement on the pages reviewed addressing how AGCD's accreditation function is separated from Youview Company Ltd's own university, training and awards activity, and did not find one on the pages reviewed.

On accreditedgcd.org, the home-page footer publishes a postal address over two lines ("188 Hood Avenue, Suite 305" and "72 Maple Street, NY- USA"), a telephone number (+1-800-555-0189) and an email address ([email protected]). No named individual is identified there as a contact for complaints or disputes.

On agcd.org, the footer of the pages reviewed publishes a postal address of 20-22 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU London, England, a telephone number (+447916076045) and email addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]). The agcd.org privacy policy gives a further contact address, [email protected], which is a role-based address rather than a named individual. The Wenlock Road address matches the Companies House registered office and the address on the ICO register. The US address and US telephone number on accreditedgcd.org do not match the UK registered office.

We checked the home, verify and award pages and the accreditation post on accreditedgcd.org, and the home, About and privacy policy pages on agcd.org, and did not find a named contact for complaints or disputes on those pages.

Assessment framework: On the pages reviewed, AGCD refers to an "AGCD's Global Continuing Development Framework" and an "AGCD Excellence Framework" and names high-level areas (for the Youview London University UK accreditation, "rigorous criteria in" curriculum quality and relevance, global accessibility and learner support, assessment and certification integrity, and institutional governance and transparency). We looked for the underlying criteria in readable form on the home, verify and award pages, the accreditation post, and the agcd.org home, About and privacy policy pages, and did not find them on those pages. This finding rests on the pages listed in the sources below.

Pricing: accreditedgcd.org does not publish pricing on the pages reviewed. On agcd.org, prices are published for each accreditation and certification product, shown as a struck-through "Regular price" and a discounted "Sale price" marked "50% OFF" (for example Company / Individual Standard Certification at a sale price of $49.00, regular $99.00, and Company / Individual Full Accreditation of Excellence at $149.00, regular $299.00).

Terms, privacy and complaints: accreditedgcd.org has three pages (home, verify and the award page) plus a set of posts, per its page sitemap, and no privacy, terms or complaints page; the URL /privacy-policy/ returned "Page Not Found". agcd.org publishes a privacy policy, which was opened and identifies the data controller as Youview Company Ltd. We searched for an agcd.org terms of service or refund page; the privacy policy was returned, and no terms or refund page was opened during this review. No dedicated complaints policy was found on the pages reviewed.

Website security: accreditedgcd.org and agcd.org were served over HTTPS during this review.

Assessment, verification and review: On the pages reviewed we did not find a statement that each individual course or activity is assessed individually against the framework; the accreditation described is at the level of companies, institutions, brands, training programmes and students. AGCD states that accredited items carry a unique accreditation or recognition number (for example AGCD-2025/0047) and that certificates include a QR code and an online verification link. The accreditedgcd.org verify page provides a field to "Enter the certificate ID to confirm this document's validity", which is a lookup route. We did not find a statement of a defined review or renewal cycle on the pages reviewed; the related published statements are references to "continuous improvement" and an "ongoing journey", and an "Important Audit & Validation Notice" on agcd.org referring to an audit scheduled by the AGCD Council, none of which states a cycle.

ICO registration: The ICO register lists Youview Company Ltd under reference ZB672911 at the Wenlock Road address, registered 22 March 2024 and current, with expiry 21 March 2027 (Tier 1).
